Current Registration System
The two numbers in the middle of the registration state the year:
The first number will be a 1/5/6.
If it is a 1, it is registered between March and September: If it is a 5/6, the vehicle is registered after September and before March.
The second number states the year:
For example KC63 KFF was registered between Sept 2013 and March 2014.

Prefix Registration System
Vehicles registered pre 2001 are subject to a prefix and suffix system. The most common is prefix. The first letter represents the year the car was registered.
For example, M673 SWP was registered in 1994.

What you need to know about side repeaters / indicators.



The side repeater can be found on the side of the vehicle or on the wing mirror unit, it is a way of notifying other road users of your intentions of turning left or right. This will allow other users and yourself to remain safe. The side repeater may be known as an indicator for this reason.

Ultimate Styling have a wide range of side repeaters available for various vehicles. The repeaters will have bulb holders which hold the bulbs, not all parts stocked will include these. Please see product specification. The type of bulb will be stated in the product specification, which are not be included with the product.

What side of the vehicle has a damaged/missing side repeater?
Driver side: the right hand side when sat in the car facing forwards. Also known as off side or O/S.

Passenger: the left hand side when sat in the car facing forwards. Also known as near side or N/S.

Is my side repeater / indicator Non-Led and LED?
Non LED is a standard halogen bulb. LED is a light-emitting diode.

What are the different side repeater lens colours?
Some are amber, clear or smoked. These will depend on which side repeaters the vehicle already has.
