Instructions will be given within 1 working day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br>Is your item&nbsp;LESS&nbsp;than 1kg and smaller than 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D)?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please fill out the returns form on your invoice you received (this is attached to the dispatch email we sent you when your goods left us) and include this in the returning package. Our aftermarket parts are exact replacements built to OE (Original equipment) specification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When will I receive my refund?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds are issued immediately at the point of an order cancellation (before shipment) or on receiving returned parts in a re-sellable condition. Once we have issued a refund, our payment gateway provider will be responsible for completing the transaction.
