If you would like to return your item (for any reason) please see the below options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is your item LESS than 1kg and smaller than 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D)?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please fill out the returns form on your invoice you received (this is attached to the dispatch email we sent you when your goods left us) and include this in the returning package. Please make sure the good(s) are well packed and secure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Follow the link below and create your Royal Mail returns label.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please be aware that you will be charged \u00a34.50 (UK Mainland only) for this service, this will be deducted from your refund\/exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your item exceeds the above size, it will most probably be cheaper for you to return the good(s) at your own will. This can be via any courier, we suggest that you obtain tracking information as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Are these product genuine parts?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

No, these products are not genuine products. Our aftermarket parts are exact replacements built to OE (Original equipment) specification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When will I receive my refund?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Refunds are issued immediately at the point of an order cancellation (before shipment) or on receiving returned parts in a re-sellable condition. Once we have issued a refund, our payment gateway provider will be responsible for completing the transaction. We aim to do this within 5 working days upon receipt of return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
